UGGC Avocats appoints Marine Lamotte as partner

UGGC Avocats, a leading corporate law firm, is proud to announce the appointment of Marine Lamotte as a partner of the firm with effect from 1 January 2025. Alongside Sophie Uettwiller and Jennifer Carrel, Marine Lamotte will contribute to the development of the firm’s employment team.

With this appointment, UGGC Avocats reaffirms its strong commitment to developing internal talent and promoting parity among its partners.

Marine Lamotte started her career at UGGC Avocats in 2011 as an associate before being promoted to counsel in 2020.

“Becoming a partner allows me to strengthen my commitment to our clients by assisting them on a day-to-day basis in managing their employers’ social issues. My main objective is to provide them with pragmatic, tailor-made and secure solutions in a constantly changing legal and human environment.” Marine Lamotte.

Marine Lamotte advises companies on the various aspects of employment relations, with proven expertise in consultancy services.

Specifically, she is involved in collective labour relations, particularly in the management of staff representatives, labour negotiations and company restructuring. Her preferred sector of activity is French Tech, where employee support is of strategic importance in reconciling the management of new social obligations linked to growth, the need for agility and talent management.
