Paris, 24 November 2021 – UGGC Avocats, a leading business law firm, has assisted Orveda, a high-end vegan cosmetic brand made in France, in the negotiation of a licensing agreement with the international group Coty, which specialises in the distribution of beauty and skin care products and perfumes.This licensing agreement covers the entire Orveda product range, cosmetics with a focus on sustainable development, as well as the brand that we are proud to have supported.
The Orveda brand is thus added to Coty’s portfolio, which includes prestigious brands such as Adidas, Balenciaga, Chloe and Gucci.
Orveda is a brand that combines naturalness and advanced technology. It approaches skin care from the perspective of respecting the skin microbiome and the age-old principle that the body and skin have the power to heal themselves.
