April 23, 2024 – UGGC Avocats advised the shareholders of INCC, an independent French company specialising in the design, development, marketing and sale of licensed fragrances, on the sale of the company to the Italian group Give Back Beauty.
Founded in 1990, INCC has 5 licensed brands: Mercedes-Benz, AMG, Maybach, Vilebrequin and Monaco Parfums, and boasts annual sales of over 3 million fragrances, representing retail sales of €132 million.
