January 29, 2024 – Marine Simonnot takes part in the 19th Entretiens de la Sauvegarde at the Maison de la Chimie, a major annual event for professionals dealing with companies in difficulty, organized by the IFPPC in partnership with the CNB, ENM, ACE and Les Echos.
Marine Simonnot spoke on the latest case law for 2023, alongside Jean-Pierre Remery, Honorary Dean of the Cour de cassation, and Laurence Carolline Henry, General Counsel at the Cour de cassation.
The morning plenary session was chaired by Vincent Vigneau, President of the Commercial, Financial and Economic Chamber of the Cour de cassation.
