June 2022 – The students of the Master II – International Trade Law had the opportunity to welcome Karine Audouze, partner at UGGC Avocats, for a one-day presentation on the digitalization of employment, including an analysis and deciphering of all the issues and legal problems related to the distinction between self-employed workers and employees.
How to distinguish them? What criteria to invoke? etc. So many questions raised by Karine during these numerous exchanges, which allowed the students to have a precise and current vision of all these regulatory issues.
