Karine Audouze has been elected member of the EELA Board of Directors during the last annual seminar which took place from June 23rd to 25th, 2022

Karine Audouze, UGGC Avocats partner, was elected member of the board of directors of the EELA – European Employment Lawyers Association in Athens, during the last annual seminar which took place from June 23rd to 25th, 2022. This association has more than 1,400 members in Europe, of which 500 members were present at this event.

“As a long-time member of EELA, I am aware of the essential work for the profession that EELA does to develop cross-border cooperation in the various areas of employment law and the benefits to practitioners and clients that result from these links. The role of the Board of Directors is essential in this work. I am now honored to be a member and to promote the objectives of the association”, stated Karine Audouze.

The digital transformation of work, atypical forms of employment, working through digital platforms, the role of AI in the workplace, and creating a work environment that ensures diversity and inclusion were all topics discussed at this gathering of 500 European practitioners.
