On June 19, we were delighted to welcome Mr. Augustin Aynes, Professor of Private Law at the University of Paris XII (UPEC), for a session dedicated to contract law. This meeting was part of our ongoing effort to enrich our staff’s knowledge and to keep abreast of the latest developments in this essential field.
The main objective of this session was twofold:
- Deepening knowledge of contract law: Mr. Aynes shared his expertise and perspectives on the fundamental concepts and guiding principles of contract law.
- Update on new legal developments: The session also provided an opportunity to review recent reforms and case law developments impacting this branch of law.
