Who am I?
A lawyer since 1994, I became a partner at UGGC Avocats in 2000 in the Corporate Law department. I am also acting general secretary of the firm.
I deal mainly with mergers and acquisitions and matters of corporate law. I provide advice to industrial, commercial and financial operators for their restructuring and growth operations.
Besides, I have had the opportunity to develop an expertise in OHADA[1] law and I assist a big mining group in Central Africa in particular. I am a member of the International Open Commission Africa/OHADA at Paris Bar.
UGGC & I
Being a member of the firm since it was created, I am strongly attached to it.
UGGC Avocats exemplifies a team spirit with the mission of being at its clients’ service, listening to them, being reactive, monitoring, with the objective of always seeking to provide excellent service. UGGC Avocats also means building a lasting relationship with our clients.
My practice
There is a dual aspect to it.
As partner in the corporate law department, I assist companies with their everyday business but also with their external growth operations by way of equity alliance or acquisition of assets.
As I have been assisting a big company of the mining sector in Central Africa for some thirty years now with matters involving both corporate law and litigation, I have acquired a significant expertise in OHADA law.
