Morocco: competition law at the service of sustainable development

The Chairman of the Moroccan Competition Council has announced a project aimed at establishing a framework to encourage collaboration in the electrical terminals sector. This initiative, aimed at adapting the rules on anti-competitive agreements to agreements between companies that promote sustainable development, comes at a time when competition authorities are increasingly taking environmental issues into account.
