Ordinal and union actions
Presently, Thierry Montéran serves on board of Paris Bar Lawyers’ Association.
He is a board member of I.F.P.P.C (French institute of practitioners of receivership proceedings), national executive member of the A.C.E (Lawyers Companies Counsels) and co-chairman of A.C.E’s Insolvency Commission
He has been appointed, by ministerial order of 18 February 2016, member of “Commission d’Inscription et de Discipline des Administrateurs Judiciaires et Mandataires Judiciaires” and member of the aptitude test to administrator profession’s jury.
Co-founder of CIP National (Centre d’information sur la prévention des entreprises en difficulté) which he led for 3 years, he has been involved in the creation of several dozen of territorial CIP. He is now Honorary Chairman.
