Who am I?
I spend my time between Africa (from our office in Casablanca) and the overseas territories, especially the Antilles and French Guyana.
In Morocco, I have developed a practice covering advice in connection with financing transactions, corporate finance activities, transnational mergers and acquisitions and also international arbitration. I also advise our clients on topics related to the OHADA Law and I take part, alongside Ali Bougrine, in the development of UGGC in Sub-Saharan Africa.
Focused on the needs of the clients, I also advise them on all the aspects of the company’s life, both in terms of consulting and pre-litigation management. More specifically, I also have a recognized practice in sports law, both for federations and for clubs and sportsmen.
In the Overseas territories, I have developed a practice more focused on our clients’ needs, particularly in contract law and distribution law.
UGGC & I
I joined UGGC in 2017 as I was attracted by the firm’s team spirit. Indeed, partners work closely together on cases and offer transversal practices to our clients, wherever they are located in the world. As a lawyer practicing in different jurisdictions, the international perspective of UGGC seemed essential to me.
My practice
I have an international practice and I intervened more specifically in certain fields such as real estate, tourism, projects and infrastructure, agribusiness and distribution law.
