May 31, 2024 – UGGC Avocats has advised the Babilou Group, one of the world leaders in childhood education and care, with a network of nearly 3,000 company and community nurseries in 10 countries, on its acquisition of the PIM PAM POMME Group.
PIM PAM POMME has opened 6 nurseries in Normandy over the past decade. They provide 248 places for young children, supervised by 130 professionals.
As part of its development, PIM PAM POMME wanted to join one of the market leaders in order to continue to grow and fulfil its mission.
The merger between PIM PAM POMME and Babilou was therefore a natural one, based on shared values and a common philosophy on childcare and education.
