With over fifteen years of professional experience dedicated to corporate tax, both in advisory and litigation, within Anglo-Saxon law firms, Morgan Vail has an international practice and has developed a particularly remarkable specialization in the technology, media, and telecommunications (TMT) sector, especially regarding the taxation of digital activities and the implications of BEPS (Base Erosion and Profit Shifting) work.
Morgan Vail joins UGGC Avocats after practicing tax law at the Taj and Ernst & Young law firms, where he was a partner. He will support the tax team at UGGC Avocats and all departments in advising and representing their clients, both French and foreign, in tax audits and disputes. He will also assist them in reorganization, financial management, and help develop their tax policies and strategies. Additionally, Morgan will assist companies in obtaining rescript and approval applications to public authorities.
