December 13th, 2022 – UGGC Avocats, one of the first independent law firms in France, and M. Firon & Co., one of Israel’s leading law firms, are pleased to announce that they have been awarded the 2022 France-Israel Economic Exchange trophy for their contribution to the development of France-Israel economic exchanges in 2022, at the 30th annual gala of the France-Israel Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCIIF).
Alstom, L’Oréal Research and Innovation, and TotalEnergies also received an award.
This annual gala hosted the French Minister of Foreign Trade, Mr. Olivier Becht, as well as Mrs. Yaël German, Ambassador of Israel to France and Mr. Éric Danon, Ambassador of France to Israel, but also first-class law firms and industrial groups established in Israel. This unique ceremony provides a global approach to promoting exchanges between France, Israel and Morocco.
In March 2022, and within the framework of the Abraham Agreements, the international law firms M. Firon & Co. and UGGC Avocats signed an innovative alliance to build a platform of legal services to support investments between Israel, France and Morocco. The Abraham Agreements guarantee the normalization of diplomatic relations between Israel and certain Arab countries, including Morocco.
