After a brief interruption due to the health crisis, UGGC Avocats is pleased to welcome back the students of the Master 2 Droit des Affaires 214 of the University of Paris Dauphine.
UGGC Avocats had the idea of setting up this partnership in order to allow the students of the class to exchange with the partners and associates of the firm.
After a general presentation of UGGC and its areas of expertise, Charles-Emmanuel Prieur had the pleasure of presenting the Mergers & Acquisitions/Private Equity department.
The presentation ended with a cocktail party on the firm’s rooftop.
