100 Femmes de Culture: Interview with Alexia Laroche-Joubert 

On Monday June 10, in partnership with the Femmes de Culture association, we were delighted to welcome Alexia Laroche-Joubert, a leading figure in culture and audiovisual production. Recognized as one of the 100 Femmes de Culture 2022, Alexia became President of Banijay France in September 2023. 

Alexia Laroche-Joubert passionately shared her rich and diverse career path, her new responsibilities at the head of Banijay France, and the famous “French touch” that distinguishes the international development of French content and formats. Among the topics discussed, the growing role of artificial intelligence (AI) in creation aroused keen interest. Alexia also stressed the importance of legally protecting our sovereignty in the face of the streaming giants. 

The event ended with a tasting organized by Sonia Perrin, who presented the Château Lagrézette estate and its 100% Malbec red wine, with scents reminiscent of Madagascar, where she created the Azé association to support access to education.
